A Brooklyn lawyer was arrested on Friday for three cold-case sex crimes that he allegedly committed years ago in Manhattan, cops said.

Rashaun Kelley, 35, was arrested and hit with several charges of burglary, sex abuse and attempted rape for allegedly following women into their apartment building and attacking them, police said.

Over the period of about a month in late 2014 and early 2015, Kelley allegedly sexually assaulted three women in the Lower East Side, Harlem and the East Village, cops said.

In the first attack, he followed a 19-year-old woman into her the elevator of her apartment building on Roosevelt Drive in the East Village on Dec. 16, 2014 and forcibly kissed her and grabbed her rear end, cops said.

Her struck again early the next morning, grabbing a woman in her Harlem apartment building and covering her mouth with his hand while grabbing her back, cops said.

And about a month later on Jan. 14, 2015, he followed a 31-year-old woman into her apartment in the Lower East Side, pulled her pants down and grabbed her waist, authorities said.

Police sources said he’s a suspect in several other sex attacks in the area from that time.

Kelley, a business lawyer who lives in East Flatbush, was busted for the crimes Friday after an investigation by the NYPD’s special victims unit.

He refused to answer questions while being lead out of a police precinct early Friday morning.

Park Avenue lawyer led double life as serial sex fiend: cops

A Park Avenue lawyer is the serial sex fiend who terrorized Manhattan women during a perverted two-month spree, cops allege — linking him to at least five groping attacks from Harlem to the Lower East Side.

Attorney Ra’Shaun Kelley went on the disturbing binge in late 2014 and early 2015, following the women into the lobbies or elevators of their apartment buildings — where he’d attack them and try to pull off their clothing, police said.

Kelley, 35, — whose LinkedIn page lists boasts stints at J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse, and whose private practice specializes in business and securities law — was arrested on Friday, four years after the attacks, following a break in the NYPD’s Special Victims Squad’s investigation.

The East Flatbush resident remained in jail until his arraignment Saturday night on burglary, sex abuse and attempted rape charges.

In the first attack, on Dec. 16, 2014, he allegedly forcibly kissed a 19-year-old woman he’d followed into her elevator on Roosevelt Drive in the East Village.

In the second, early the next morning, he allegedly grabbed a woman in her Harlem building, covering her mouth to smother her screams.

A month later, on Jan. 14, 2015, he allegedly followed a 31-year-old woman into her Lower East Side apartment, pulling her pants down before fleeing.

Grainy surveillance video obtained by cops from the three attacks show the suspect wearing a Yankees cap, police said.

And he is a suspect in two additional attacks police said Saturday — a Dec. 9, 2014 groping of a woman walking into her building, and a Dec. 28, 2014 sex assault of a 22-year-old woman in a stairwell, both in the East Village, police said.

On social media, Kelley depicts himself as an aspiring comedian, an avid chess player and casino gambler — and a devoted Yankees fan.

Two of his Facebook profile photos show him in a dark blue Yankees cap. In one, he sits behind a stack of chips at a poker table at the Borgata in Atlantic City.

“Whether its [sic] poker, chess, or life, the victory goes to the aggressive,” he wrote in a 2010 Facebook post.

“Aggressive: making an all-out effort to win or succeed; competitive; boldly assertive and forward; pushy,” he posted.

A 2014 Facebook profile shows him performing at the Gotham Comedy Club in Chelsea.

His professional bios portray him as a peacemaker.

“Ra’Shaun’s success in the courtroom is complimented by his keen ability to avoid litigation and resolve disputes through negotiation,” he wrote of himself.

A Brooklyn native, Kelley graduated from Canarsie High School.

“From what I knew of him, he was a decent, upright person,” one shocked former classmate said of the accusations.

Kelley’s college and law school years showed great promise.

He received his bachelors at SUNY Albany, where he studied business and criminal justice.

Kelley graduated in 2012 from New York Law School, where he specialized in financial law, and was an editor on the New York Law School Book Review and a John Harlan Marshall Scholar — an academic honors program.

But his apparent online posts didn’t always seem to match his intellectual achievements.

In a Dec. 16, 2009 post on Facebook, he joked about what “torts” would be involved if a sex crime had been committed against his own sister, musing: “Did she see it coming? If so, Assault and Battery, if not just Battery.”

And in a March 15, 2010 Facebook post, he wrote, “Woman: Illogical creature that makes no sense. Does not know what she wants but somehow expects you to know.”
