Four young men, ranging in age from 13-19, are behind bars on a murder charge following Wednesday evening’s fatal shooting on Sicily Street.
The Greenville Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division on Thursday afternoon arrested and charged Tradarius Robinson, 19, Fredrick Pearson Jr., 17, Markiel Norwood, 16, and Timothy Brown, 13, with murder in the shooting death of 33-year-old Anthony Edwards, Greenville Police Chief Delando Wilson said. They are being held at the Washington County Regional Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment.

Police discovered the body of 33-year-old Anthony Lorenzo Edwards in a field in the 600 block of Sicily Street around 9:20 PM Wednesday night. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives interviewed a person of interest, and have released photos of four suspects. The investigation is continuing. Edward’s body is being sent to the State Medical Examiners Office for an autopsy.
