Barrington Man Charged With Possession Of Child Pornography February 27, 2017 4:00 PM  BARRINGTON, N.J. (CBS) — A man in Barrington has been charged in connection to child pornography. Investigators say they found a downloaded history of child pornography on 32-year-old Franco Silvestri’s cellphone. Silvestri was arrested Friday. He was charged with second-degree distribution of child pornography and third-degree possession of child pornography.
