A Manhattan mom accused of smothering her infant son to death because she “was afraid that someone was going to eat him,’’ is mulling a plea deal, her attorney said.

Latisha Fisher —who allegedly killed 1-year-old Gavriel in a Midtown fast food bathroom last year–was offered the choice between a flat 25 years in prison or 15 to life behind bars if she “takes responsibility,” Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Gregory Carro said.

Prosecutors have offered the first deal, while the jurist put forward the latter.

But Fisher, who is schizophrenic, declined to make her decision right away, defense attorney Brian Konoski told the court.

The 36-year-old, who allegedly told cops “the devil” made her smother her son in the 5 Boro Burger–and has also said she “doesn’t deserve to live” for killing the tot– will have until Monday to decide.

If she can’t, she’ll head to trial, Judge Carro said.
Those who find the truth hateful just hate hearing the truth.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.....on a nigger.

If you're not catching flak, you're not over the target.
