Judge Blocks Release of Video, Audio of Mills in Clinton Deposition

(AP) A federal judge granted a request Thursday to block video from an upcoming deposition of Hillary Clinton’s former chief of staff at the State Department from being released, NBC News reported. Cheryl Mills is scheduled to be deposed Friday by lawyers for conservative group Judicial Watch. The group is inquiring into Clinton’s use of a private email server during her time as Secretary of State. Mills’ lawyer said Wednesday that the former staffer had no objection to transcripts, but she was concerned that parts of video could be taken out of context by political groups. They asked that video or audio be withheld.

"The public has a right to know details related to the creation, purpose and use of the clintonemail.com system. Thus, the transcripts of all depositions taken in this case will be publicly available," U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan wrote in an order. Federal rules authorize a court to protect a people involved in a case "from annoyance, embarrassment, oppression or undue burden or expense," the judge said.

Clinton has been burying emails since she was First Lady
By Paul Sperry
May 29, 2016 | 1:50am

While the State Department’s own internal probe found former Secretary Hillary Clinton violated federal recordkeeping laws, it’s not the first time she and her top aides shielded her e-mail from public disclosure while serving in a government position.

As first lady, Hillary was embroiled in another scheme to bury sensitive White House e-mails, known internally as “Project X.”

In 1999, as investigators looked into Whitewater, Travelgate, Filegate and other scandals involving the then-first lady, it was discovered that more than 1 million subpoenaed e-mails were mysteriously “lost” due to a “glitch” in a West Wing computer server.

The massive hole in White House archives covered a critical two-year period — 1996 to 1998 — when Republicans and special prosecutor Ken Starr were subpoenaing White House e-mails.

Despite separate congressional investigations and a federal lawsuit over Project X, high-level e-mails dealing with several scandals were never turned over. And the full scope of Bill and Hillary Clintons’ culpability in the parade of scandals was never known.

To those well-versed in Clinton shenanigans, this all sounds distressingly familiar.

Thanks to another server-related problem, Clinton so far has gotten away with withholding more than 30,000 e-mails from congressional committees investigating the Benghazi terrorism cover-up, Clinton Foundation foreign-influence peddling and other scandals.

“This Clinton e-mail scandal is nothing new,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told me. “There were previous efforts to hide e-mails in the Clinton White House.”

His Washington watchdog group filed a lawsuit to recover the missing White House e-mails back then, just as it has against the State Department now, though it has had better luck in this case.

The parallels don’t end there.

During the Project X e-mail scandal, career White House staffers and contractors found that someone close to the first lady had basically turned off the White House’s automated e-mail-archiving system. They fingered White House “special assistant” Laura Crabtree Callahan, who was overseeing the computer contractors despite obtaining computer-science degrees from diploma mills.

The State Department staffer who set up Clinton’s unsecured server in the basement of Clinton’s home in Chappaqua also lacked computer experience and qualifications.

Clinton so far has gotten away with withholding more than 30,000 e-mails from congressional committees investigating the Benghazi terrorism cover-up, Clinton Foundation foreign-influence peddling and other scandals.

That IT staffer, Bryan Pagliano, appears to be playing a similar role in this e-mail caper as Callahan did in the White House — that of a lackey used to help thwart public requests to see information about the government-related business of the Clintons.

Despite having no computer-security experience or even security clearance, Pagliano catapulted from a Clinton campaign worker to the secretary’s own “special adviser” dealing with the department’s classified e-mail system.

On top of his $133,000-a-year State Department salary, Clinton personally paid Pagliano thousands of dollars between 2009 and 2013 to set up and run a private home-brew server for her, separate from the government system she was supposed to use, where she received and stored thousands of classified government e-mails. His work for the secretary was clearly a rogue operation, because the department’s inspector general found that his boss, the deputy chief information officer, was “unaware of his technical support of the secretary’s e-mail system.”

Like Callahan before him, Pagliano had unusual access to Clinton. The one qualification they shared was apparently the one that mattered most: loyalty to the queen.

Both appear to have been sworn to secrecy about the e-mail diversions. Pagliano took the Fifth when called to testify before Congress. (Judicial Watch will get a crack at him at a deposition set for June 6.)

When career staffers at State raised concerns that Clinton’s e-mail records weren’t being properly captured and preserved, they were told to shut up, according to the IG’s report, instructed “never to speak of the secretary’s personal e-mail system again.”

Likewise, career staffers and contractors at the White House were ordered to keep those earlier unarchived e-mails secret. In fact, they testified that Callahan personally threatened them with jail time if they disclosed the gap to prosecutors or lawmakers.

A 1998 contractor audit of the White House e-mail accounts affected by the “snafu” shows that much of the omitted e-mail was addressed to top Clinton officials — including then-deputy counsel Cheryl Mills and other aides close to Hillary. A federal judge “excoriated Mills” for failing to get to the bottom of the missing e-mails, Fitton pointed out.

Now Mills finds herself in the middle of another investigation into the whereabouts of thousands of e-mails germane to investigations involving Hillary Clinton that also have conveniently turned up missing. After following Clinton to State, where she served as her chief of staff and counsel, Mills joined Clinton in flouting federal records-management requirements by using personal e-mail accounts to conduct official government business. It was Mills who helped her old boss delete some 32,000 e-mails from the server Pagliano set up, claiming they were irrelevant to investigations.

Same inner circle, same MO. Recognize a pattern?

Democrats wasted a historic moment nominating Hillary
By Post Editorial Board
June 8, 2016 | 3:02am

Congratulations, Democrats: With Tuesday’s voting, you’re making history — the first major US political party to nominate a woman for president.

Too bad it had to be Hillary Clinton.

OK, she “earned” it — all those years supporting (and enabling) Bill; all that tedious work in the Senate; all those frequent-flier miles at State. Not to mention the diligent fundraising for the Clinton Foundation, and the drudgery of endless speeches to Goldman Sachs and the rest of the 1 percent.

“Showing up” may be 90 percent of life, but it seems to be 100 percent of Clinton’s record of achievement.

What a role model.

Yes, she won the nomination fair and square — but she only wrapped it up on the last real day of the primaries, and her only opponent was a vintage socialist. And to beat him, she had to flip-flop on everything from free trade to crime, disavowing the entire Bill Clinton legacy.

She turns to the general election as one of the most unpopular nominees in American history — in trouble even with women, the group that was supposed to flock to the ultimate glass-ceiling-breaker.

Her hopes rest on painting her opponent as frightening and hateful, practically a Hitler clone. How inspiring.

She’ll have the media on her side, eagerly calling every criticism “sexist.” And some sexist attacks will come — the country has too many hit-hungry websites and tired pundits for it to be any other way.

But most slams will land because she’s Hillary Clinton: a leader so paranoid, she just had to use that home-brew email server to keep her communications secret; so grasping that she couldn’t say no to Goldman and the rest, even though she and Bill were (somehow) already stinking rich.

She and her husband have spent their lives blurring every ethical line. “No Smoking Gun” is practically the family motto.

The hits that matter won’t have a thing to do with her gender: Her record is all the target the Republicans need.

This photo was the beginning of the end for Hillary

Hillary Clinton checking her Blackberry from a desk inside a C-17 military plane in 2011.

State Department officials in charge of public records were not aware Hillary Clinton was using *e-mail during her tenure there until they saw a viral image of the then-secretary of state looking at her BlackBerry on a satirical blog called “Texts from Hillary.”

Speaking under oath in a lawsuit brought against the department by a conservative legal watchdog, a State Department official said the office in charge of processing open-records requests at the agency had no idea Clinton was using e-mail.

So when “Texts from Hillary” made the Clinton image ubiquitous in 2012, the department decided to check whether she still had no official account.

“When Mrs. Clinton’s photo appeared in the media with her using — appearing to use — some sort of a mobile device, Clarence Finney checked with [the IT office] to confirm whether the answer was still that she did not have a state.gov e-mail account,” department official Karin Lang said in testimony posted online by Judicial Watch.

Finney was in charge of the office responsible for processing Freedom of Information Act requests pertaining to Clinton, according to The Hill newspaper, which reports on Congress. Such requests often include official *e-mail sent by government workers.

Clinton, as it turned out, did not have a government e-mail. Instead, she was sending sensitive info through a private e-mail address that was housed on a home-brew server stashed in the basement of her Chappaqua home.

Judicial Watch’s suit seeks records about the employment status of Clinton’s longtime aide and confidante Huma Abedin.

The photo of Clinton staring at her BlackBerry while wearing sunglasses was taken in 2011 on a military plane bound for Tripoli.

It inspired a “Text from Hillary” meme and the blog in which the image was captioned with various funny text messages.

Even Clinton used the image, adopting it as her profile picture when she opened her own Twitter account in 2013.

Meanwhile, it was revealed Thursday that a series of e-mails relating to drone strikes in Pakistan are at the center of the criminal probe into Clinton’s handling of classified information.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the correspondence in 2011 and 2012 was between US diplomats in Islamabad and their superiors in Washington. At issue was whether to oppose specific drone strikes in Pakistan.

The e-mails, which did not mention the “CIA,” “drones” or details about militant targets, were written within the often-narrow time frame State officials were given to decide whether to object to drone strikes before the CIA pulled the trigger.

Some of the e-mails were forwarded by Clinton’s aides to her personal e-mail account, the Journal reported.

The White House referred to the probe of Clinton’s e-mails as a possible “criminal investigation” for the first time Thursday as Press Secretary Josh Earnest rebuffed questions on whether President Obama’s endorsement of Clinton might be seen as unduly influencing the Justice Department’s probe.

Another sign Hillary Clinton’s State Department was for sale
By Post Editorial Board
June 10, 2016 | 8:56pm

In the latest case of donors to Hillary Clinton’s personal causes winning favor from the Clinton State Department, meet Rajiv Fernando.

The head of a Chicago-based high-frequency-trading firm, Fernando got a seat on the International Security Advisory Board, a group of nuclear scientists, ex-Cabinet secretaries and other experts that looks at the risks of nuclear war.

That puzzled his new fellows: “We had no idea who he was,” one ISAB member told ABC News during its investigation.

Thanks to e-mails uncovered by the watchdog group Citizens United after a years-long Freedom of Information battle, we now know that Fernando was put on the board at the direction of Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s chief of staff at State (and now her personal attorney).

ABC actually started asking questions about Fernando back in 2011. The e-mails show regular State staffers were themselves puzzled about how he’d gotten the job — and were told by Clinton’s flunkies to “stall” on answering ABC.

Before any answer went out, Fernando quit, and the story died.

In advance of getting the prestigious position, he’d been a big Hillary donor, maxing out donations to her presidential PAC in 2007 and 2008, and bundling over 100 grand. He’d also given more than $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation — later rising that to at least $1 million. He’s also bundled for her current White House run. And he’ll be a Hillary superdelegate at the Democratic Convention.

In unrelated news, Clinton this week doubled down on her promises to clean up Wall Street once she becomes president. Right.

Team Hillary’s final e-mail defense: mass amnesia
By Post Editorial Board
June 11, 2016 | 9:02pm

It was another week of news poking fresh holes in Hillary Clinton’s tattered e-mail defense. At this point, the only cover she has left are all the ongoing stonewalls.

One landmark event came Wednesday, when presidential spokesman Josh Earnest for the first time referred to the FBI’s probe of the e-mails as a “criminal investigation.”

Then came a Wall Street Journal scoop: One thing making it criminal is that top State Department aides sent her e-mails on “born classified” discussions of drone strikes in Pakistan.

The record already shows that Secretary Clinton’s inner circle knew full well that her private account was run off a home-brewed server — their e-discussions are full of notices that she’s “off e-mail” while the server gets restarted, and even that it’s been taken down because of possible hacker attacks.

Yet they all colluded in her continued use of it — and in e-mailing her info that everyone at that level of government knows is supposed to be kept to secure networks.

Meanwhile, ongoing depositions show Team Hillary continuing its “amnesia” stonewall. None of her ex-aides can recall a thing about the private server. For example, Clinton’s former executive secretary, Stephen Mull, was asked: “Do you know how you learned” about the server? “I can’t recall,” he replied.

Funny: In a 2011 exchange, Mull made specific reference to “her personal e-mail server,” then on the fritz, and offered to get Clinton two Blackberrys, one of them to serve a “State Department e-mail account.”

She rejected that idea, as she did every effort to help her get serious about basic e-mail security.

Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s chief of staff at State and now her private attorney, also has memory issues. She said “I can’t recall” 40 times at her deposition — and “I don’t know” 182 times.

Mills, Clinton, Huma Abedin and other top Hillaryites all refused to cooperate with the State inspector general’s probe. Clinton claims there was no point, since she’s already answered every possible question. Right.

But the coverup goes beyond Team Hillary. Marie Harf, State’s top spokeswoman under John Kerry, started lying the day the scandal broke: “There’s no prohibition on using this kind of e-mail account,” she said.

That backs Clinton’s repeated claims that “It was allowed.” Yeah — by her. As the IG report notes, Hillary never sought an OK for her e-mail setup from State’s legal professionals — who never would’ve given one.

“Harf is implying that State approved this practice,” John Bellinger wrote his successors at State’s legal department. He urged them “to defend the credibility” of the legal staff and not let Harf give them “a bad name.” State ignored him.

The department’s still running interference. In yet another case, Republicans have sued to get e-mails from four Clinton aides; State claims it’ll take 75 years to provide the documents.

Will anyone hold Clinton to account? We strongly doubt the Obama Justice Department will indict the woman the president just endorsed to be his successor. Any “law enforcement” action is up to the voters.

Bill Clinton's Ex-Lover Describes Meeting Hillary: 'Lumpy, Thick Calves, Hairy Toes'
"Nothing about them has changed in the past forty-plus years, except that they have deluded more and more people."
6.10.2016 | Trey Sanchez

A recently released memoir from one of Bill Clinton's ex-lovers from Arkansas eviscerates Hillary Clinton and reveals how the political power couple haven't changed their "lying, cheating, manipulative, ruthlessly aggressive" ways in over 40 years.

Dolly Kyle has written Hillary, the Other Woman which is described by Daily Mail as a "bombshell book" that speaks to her love affair with Bill that started after high school and ended when the Clintons moved into the White House. Kyle said she was very "codependent" on "Billy [the] sex addict," whom she said often lamented the fact that Wilt Chamberlain had slept with ten times (20,000) as many women as he.

It was in the mid-70s when Kyle met Hillary Rodham for the first time while "Billy" was attending Yale. She recalls that Bill had moved in with Hillary -- assuring her she had NOTHING to worry about -- and how Bill had found his bread and butter:

Hillary's role of providing financial security for Billy was part of her motivation for the series of financial crimes (yes, crimes) that she committed over the decades.

When the new roommates flew back to Arkansas for a visit, Kyle describes seeing Hillary for the first time:

Quote:
I couldn't imagine why Billy would haul such a person in the plane with him in public. She was wearing a misshapen, brown, dress-like thing that must have been intended to hide her lumpy body. The garment was long, but stopped too soon to hide her fat ankles and her thick calves covered with black hair. Thick brown sandals did nothing to conceal her wide feet and the hair on her toes.

In that moment, I noticed that the woman emitted an overpowering odor of perspiration and greasy hair. I hoped that I wouldn't gag when she got in the car.

I was stunned [and remember thinking this was] some kind of a sick joke - a woman in a hideous disguise.
Kyle goes on to knock how the Clintons would do anything to achieve the political power they craved. The plan all along was for Hillary to help get her husband elected president so that it would pave the way for her to be the first female in the Oval Office, she states.

The "Warden" is what Kyle said Bill called Hillary. She states that Bill reluctantly got Hillary pregnant in order that they would appear as a normal couple -- "to take attention off the Warden's lifestyle. He did not use the word lesbian," the report states. Three months after Chelsea was born, Hillary was back to work and the struggle for power raged on.

Kyle pulls no punches when talking about Hillary:

Hillary is not a leader. She is a coattail-clutcher who has a litany of jobs with no accomplishments.

In her speeches and on her website, without giving any evidence of what she has done, Hillary states that she has been fighting for women for over forty years. She is confused again. She has been attacking women for over forty years.

She also describes Hillary's violent tendencies towards her security detail; something detailed in another new book written by a former Secret Service officer of the Clinton White House who has firsthand experience.

During the Gennifer Flowers-affair scandal of 1992, Kyle says that the Clintons wanted her to appear with them on television and reveal her former relationship with Bill but to lie and say he was never involved with Flowers, in hopes to quiet the media storm. Kyle said Hillary wanted the Flowers story to go away so that it wouldn't derail his presidential bid.

But as is noted, Kyle refused and was told, "Bill and Hillary will have to destroy you."

On the Clintons as a power couple, Kyle writes:

Quote:
Billy and Hillary Clinton continue to be lying, cheating, manipulative, scratching, clawing, ruthlessly aggressive, insatiably ambitious politicians who are giving public service a bad name – and nothing about them has changed in the past forty-plus years, except that they have deluded more and more people.

The Clintons and their misled supporters have rewritten history to suit their political agenda, which is to get votes to get power to get money to get more power to get more money.

The Clintons' vicious cycle of intertwining greed and power addictions will have no limit, unless someone stands up and announces, "The emperor has no clothes!" Here am I.

Ideology, integrity, and love of country were never involved in the "Billary" quest for the White House.

It was always a codependent, co-conspiratorial grab for money and power and more money and more power. Unfortunately for them and for the United States of America, there is never enough to satisfy addicts.

Bill, White House staff lived in fear of Hillary: Ex-Secret Service officer
By Emily Smith
June 5, 2016 | 9:54pm

Hillary Clinton has a “Jekyll and Hyde” personality that left White House staffers scared stiff of her explosive — and even physical — outbursts, an ex-Secret Service officer claims in a scathing new tell-all.

Gary Byrne, who was posted outside the Oval Office when Bill Clinton was president, portrays Hillary as too “erratic, uncontrollable and occasionally violent” to become leader of the free world, according to advance promotional materials exclusively obtained by Page Six.

The allegations from Byrne, a 29-year veteran of the military and federal law enforcement, threaten to derail her campaign days before she is expected to clinch the Democratic presidential nomination.

The New York Post’s cover on June 6, 2016

He describes Hillary Clinton as acting friendly one moment, then raging the next.

“What I saw in the 1990s sickened me,” he writes in the intro of the book, “Crisis of Character: A White House Secret Service Officer Discloses his Firsthand Experience with Hillary, Bill, and How They Operate.”

The book claims she repeatedly screamed obscenities at her husband, Secret Service personnel and White House staffers — all of whom lived in terror of her next tirade.

Secret Service agents had discussions about the possibility that they would have to protect Bill from his wife’s physical attacks, Byrne writes, and the couple had one “violent encounter” the morning of a key presidential address to the nation.

Meanwhile, a paranoid Hillary Clinton tried to have the Secret Service banned from the White House and once tried to ditch her security detail, Byrne says.

“Hillary Clinton is now poised to become the Democratic nominee for president of the United States, but she simply lacks the integrity and temperament to serve in the office,” he writes.

“From the bottom of my soul I know this to be true. And with Hillary’s latest rise, I realize that her own leadership style — volcanic, impulsive, enabled by sycophants, and disdainful of the rules set for everyone else — hasn’t changed a bit.”

The book isn’t set for release until June 28, but pre-orders have sent it to No. 1 on Amazon’s best-seller list.

Byrne — who was subpoenaed to testify before the grand jury that investigated Bill Clinton’s affair with intern Monica Lewinsky — claims in the book that he interrupted the president’s sexual shenanigans in the White House.

Byrne says he walked into a room where the president was “involved inappropriately with a woman” who was neither his wife nor Lewinsky.

And he says he once threw out a White House towel stained with a woman’s lipstick — and the president’s “bodily fluids.”

Byrne describes arriving for work one day in 1995 following a loud fight between the Clintons the night before.

The dust-up, he says, left a light blue vase “smashed to bits” and Bill sporting a “real, live, put-a-steak-on-it black eye.”

Byrne’s book amplifies earlier allegations of mistreatment of Secret Service personnel by Hillary Clinton — including in 2014’s “First Family Detail” by former Washington Post reporter Ronald Kessler and last year’s “The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House,” which also detailed a fight between Bill and Hillary over the Lewinsky affair.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign downplayed Byrne’s book and compared him to Edward Klein, author of last year’s “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary.”

“Gary Byrne joins the ranks of Ed Klein and other ‘authors’ in this latest in a long line of books attempting to cash in on the election cycle with their nonsense,” spokesman Nick Merrill said. “It should be put in the fantasy section of the book store.”

A spokeswoman for presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump suggested Byrne’s book would be grist for his campaign as prepares to face Clinton in the general election.

“The issue of temperament is more a problem for Hillary Clinton,” said the spokeswoman, Katrina Pierson.

“I don’t recall Mr. Trump ever screaming at the Secret Service, calling them pigs, throwing vases across the room and clawing the face of his spouse, which Hillary Clinton has been reported to do,” she told CNN.

Lewinsky allegedly freaked out after Clinton’s affair with VP’s daughter
By Daniel Halper
June 18, 2016 | 11:37pm

President Bill Clinton had an affair with former Vice President Walter Mondale’s daughter — while multitasking with at least two mistresses in the White House — according to a tell-all by a Secret Service officer who guarded the Oval Office.

Gary J. Byrne’s account of walking in on Clinton and the gorgeous Eleanor Mondale, then a TV journalist, is the first eyewitness report of the long-rumored affair.

Eleanor Mondale attends the VH1 Fashion Awards in 1998 at Madison Square Garden.
Photo: WireImage

“There before us was E! Network host Eleanor Mondale . . . and President Clinton in a compromising position, that is, making out on the Map Room table,” Byrne writes of the alleged Christmastime tryst around the middle of Clinton’s presidency.

Mondale, who was romantically linked to Arnold Schwarzenegger and Eagles drummer Don Henley, died in 2011 of brain cancer at age 51. She had maintained she and Clinton were “just friends.”

Crisis of Character: A White House Secret Service Officer Discloses His Firsthand Experience With Hillary, Bill, and How They Operate,” out June 28, depicts a cheating Bill Clinton and an unstable and tyrannical Hillary Clinton.

Leaked excerpts have already rocked the campaign, and Byrne’s account of Bill Clinton’s conquests under his image-obsessed wife’s nose, revealed exclusively to The Post, will surely ramp up the controversy.

“I stood guard, a pistol at my hip, outside the Oval Office, the last barrier before anyone saw Bill Clinton,” Byrne writes. “The last barrier before Monica Lewinsky saw Bill Clinton. Yes, I’m that Secret Service officer.”

Byrne, who testified during the Lewinsky scandal, retells how he tried in vain to stop the Lewinsky affair, getting the young intern transferred to the East Wing to work for Hillary Clinton.

Byrne, who was a uniformed officer, says the president personally directed officers to provide Lewinsky access to the White House for a booty call around the beginning of 1996. The president even provided Monica with a top-secret phone number to reach him directly in the Oval Office.

“We wondered how he got any work done and joked that he would have been better at running a brothel in a red-light district than the White House,” Byrne writes.

The Mondale relationship really set Lewinsky off, making her jealous and reckless, he writes.

On Dec. 6, 1997, the former intern arrived at the White House gate under the pretense of visiting with the president’s personal secretary. The Secret Service officers guarding the gate understood the special relationship the two had and that Lewinsky had arrived to see the president.

Only this time, Lewinsky was denied entry, according to Byrne, who was stationed elsewhere when she appeared but heard her arrival on his service radio.

“The president is still with another appointment,” Clinton secretary Betty Currie told the gate officer, who relayed the message to Lewinsky.

“Monica, however, still regarded herself quite favorably as the president’s singular mistress. So now she was pissed off. She pressed the officer about the delay and wanted to know why she was left standing in his security booth. He lashed back,” writes Byrne, who was later told of the exchange by a colleague.

“You have to wait. He’s with his other piece of a–. Wait till he’s finished,” the officer told her.

It was clear to all, including Lewinsky, that the president was “screwing with Eleanor in the Oval Office.”

Irate, Lewinsky responded with an unseemly gesture, toward her body, “What’s he want with her when he has this?”

But, Byrne writes, “Eleanor Mondale and Monica Lewinsky could not satiate the president’s horndog sexual desires.”

There were others, like the unnamed White House receptionist Byrne literally cleaned up after.

In late 1996 or early 1997, while Whitewater and the Paula Jones affair was being probed by Ken Starr, Byrne was approached by a senior chief petty officer named Nel who had long served in the White House pantry as a steward.

“Does that look like semen to you?” Nel asked, nervously showing Byrne a towel — emblazoned with the White House seal — that he found in the study.

“Yeah, that sure looks like it,” Byrne replied. “What the f- -k and who would?

“Nel explained that he’d been finding — and cleaning — semen- and lipstick-stained towels for weeks. I was shocked. If the stains didn’t rinse out, he’d carefully remove them by hand. He was terrified that if he passed them on to other Navy laundry personnel downstairs he’d not only reveal Bill Clinton’s affairs, he’d embarrass the presidency itself.”

Byrne deduced the lipstick was not Monica’s.

“I did not connect the lipstick to Monica at that time,” he would tell investigators years later.

“Did you connect the lipstick to anyone?”

“Without revealing any privileged information on the advice of my counsel . . . Yes, I did.”

“You connected it with someone but didn’t connect it with Monica?”

“Yes,” Byrne said, admitting he believed it belonged to a “West Wing receptionist.”

Believing the presidency was at stake, he stuffed the towels in a trash bag and disposed of it off the White House grounds.

While the White House felt like a “brothel” — and Byrne believed Hillary Clinton knew of the affairs — the Secret Service had the “nerve-racking” responsibility of maintaining marital peace.

“What if [the first lady] ran into the president with Monica or with another mistress? Would I have to protect the president from his irate wife — or even from a mistress?” Byrne writes.

And dealing with the first lady’s anger was no small matter, according to Byrne, who describes her as a self-centered, tantrum-throwing, physical abuser.

She also knew how to handle a gun. Byrne found Hillary Clinton took a “surprising liking to firearms, especially a Thompson submachine gun, an original and an American classic, Al Capone’s legendary ‘Chicago typewriter.’”

Sometime after Bill’s 1998 impeachment, and long after Byrne left the White House, the Clintons came by a Secret Service training center and Byrne saw “Mrs. Clinton let loose a spray of man-stopping .45 -caliber rounds into the paper, dirt, and berms of our outdoor one-way range.” Smiling, she fired her next shots “right into the target’s crotch.”

Byrne says the Secret Service discussed the potential for “domestic violence” between the Clintons and worried frequently about how to protect the president from his volcanic — and occasionally violent — wife.

Her only concern was herself, Byrne says. “Mrs. Clinton was a joke, taking herself and the entire administration minutiae so seriously. Her ‘brand’ was her only concern. She was a faux leader, all bark, no bite, but in a very real power position as first lady.”

One exchange with her protective detail went this way:

“Good morning, First Lady,” an officer said.

“Go f- -k yourself,” she replied.

For Byrne, his dream job became his nightmare. He became ensnared in the impeachment hearings. So why tell the story now?

Because Bill Clinton lied, Byrne says, and “these people were, frankly, so goddamn unprofessional.”

Hillary Clinton ‘dossier’ released by hacker Guccifer 2.0
By James Rogers
June 21, 2016 | 4:09pm

A hacker who goes by the name “Guccifer 2.0” has published a dossier of Hillary Clinton-related documents purportedly accessed during the recent attack on the Democratic National Committee’s computers.

In a blog post Tuesday, Guccifer 2.0 described the haul as “a big folder of docs devoted to Hillary Clinton that I found on the DNC server.”

The files include a “HRC Defense Master Doc” outlining criticism and defense points on issues such as US military intervention in Libya, the deadly 2012 Benghazi attack and the Clinton email server controversy.

“The DNC collected all info about the attacks on Hillary Clinton and prepared the ways of her defense, memos, etc., including the most sensitive issues like email hacks,” explained Guccifer 2.0.

The authenticity of the documents is unclear. The DNC has not yet responded to a request for comment on this story from FoxNews.com.

Last week, Guccifer 2.0 claimed responsibility for the DNC hack. In a June 15 blog post, Guccifer 2.0 touted documents purportedly accessed in the attack, which included opposition research on presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump. Guccifer 2.0 also posted files purportedly showing Democratic Party donors and claimed to have extracted thousands of documents from the DNC networks.

Experts have been looking for clues about the mysterious self-described hacker, and suspicions still linger that the Russian government played a role in the hack.

Cyber firm CrowdStrike, which is working on the DNC’s investigation into the hack, says the attack was conducted by groups affiliated with the Russian government. CrowdStrike identified the “Fancy Bear” and “Cozy Bear” groups as likely perpetrators.

The company stood by its analysis after Guccifer 2.0 claimed responsibility for the hack. In a blog post June 15, CrowdStrike CTO Dmitri Alperovitch identified “two separate Russian intelligence-affiliated adversaries present in the DNC network in May 2016.”

After studying the DNC malware, Fidelis Cybersecurity backed up CrowdStrike’s analysis. “Based on our comparative analysis we agree with CrowdStrike and believe that the COZY BEAR and FANCY BEAR APT groups were involved in successful intrusions at the DNC,” explained Fidelis Cybersecurity senior vice president Michael Buratowski in a blog post Monday. “The malware samples contain data and programing elements that are similar to malware that we have encountered in past incident response investigations and are linked to similar threat actors.”

The DNC has also pointed its finger at Russia, but says financial and personal information does not appear to have been accessed by the hackers.

Last week, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov denied Russian government involvement in the DNC hacking incident.
