Default Mudshark says her down low negro boy sentenced to 25 years for male child porn was set up

Va. school music volunteer sentenced to 25 years for child porn
12:36 PM. EST June 10, 2016

ALEXANDRIA, Va.- A federal judge sentenced a Manassas middle school volunteer to 25 years behind bars and 15 years of supervised release for producing child pornography.

David Battle II, 24, was a volunteer at Grace E. Metz Middle School before he was arrested last June and convicted on four counts of production of child pornography, attempted coercion and enticement of a minor, receipt of child pornography and distribution of child pornography earlier this year.

Senior Judge Claude M. Hilton denied the Defense's request to lessen Battle's sentence to 15 years in prison followed by up to 10 years of supervised release.

Hilton told the courtroom he believed the case was "properly assessed" and he found "there was ample amount of evidence."

Among some of the consequences, Battle must pay one victim $1100 in restitution and register as a sex offender.

Prosecutors say Battle posed online as an underage girl who convinced minor boys to send him sexually explicit pictures of themselves.

When police searched his home, they found videos of child pornography.

An officer named David Abbott was a part of the investigation.

Last fall, Abbott killed himself after being accused of molesting two boys. Battle's parents believe Abbott planted evidence on their son's computer after an altercation between the two outside of a music store early last year.

Battle's parents tell WUSA9 anything pertaining to Abbott in court was not heavily discussed during the trial.

Abbott had already passed.

"It’s hard thinking that your son was set up and he's going to spend 25 years in prison for something he may not have done," said Cathy Battle.
