A pack of dirt bikers terrorized an NYPD cop by riding around his patrol car at a Bronx gas station in the latest caught-on-camera instance of police disrespect, The Post has learned.

The reckless stunt, captured on video by one of the two-stroke terrors, left the helpless cop surrounded by at least six dirt bikers at the BP station at Bruckner Boulevard and Edgewater Road on Sunday around 4:15 p.m.

One of the men is seen abandoning his yellow bike near the pump and taking off as the cop chases after him on foot — while the others, including some on ATVs and street bikes, circle the station.

An NYPD spokeswoman said the officer, from the 41st Precinct, was attempting to take possession of the abandoned bike when the crew began to circle him — so he took out his Taser just feet from a gasoline pump. Tasers “can ignite explosive or flammable clothing or materials” including gasoline, according to manufacturer Axon.

At some point, the outnumbered cop radios for backup, prompting three of New York’s Finest to scramble toward the BP — just as the crew flees, the video shows.

No injures were reported and the officer did not deploy his Taser, police said. The officer had responded to the gas station after witnessing the “disorderly group,” police added.

One police source said such acts caught on video “only encourages more violence against police officers.”

“Savages,” the source railed. “It shows a complete disregard for the law. Nothing will happen to them.”

Dirt bikes in New York City must be registered as an ATV and cannot be operated on city sidewalks, streets or highways, according to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

The NYPD spokeswoman did not respond to a question about whether the bikes were legally registered.

Manvinder Oberoi, third world trash who works at the gas station and was on duty when the crew came through on Sunday, defended the bikers as “good customers, very nice people” who always leave a tip on gas and snacks.

“They [the police] should give them the bike back! They are all nice,” said Oberoi, 54. “Think about when you were young. Give them another chance. This is a regular thing in the Bronx.”
