A youth on probation for vehicular homicide was arrested Sunday on an obscenity count for allegedly exposing himself at a Big Lots store in Metairie.

Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies said that Fredrick Jackson, 19, was spotted inside the discount store at 755 Veterans Memorial Boulevard about 8 p.m. Sunday stroking his penis and asking someone else to “go into the restroom with him.”

The complaining victim told deputies that Jackson’s “penis was outside of his pants and clearly visible to the public, and (Jackson) was masturbating in front of him,” deputies said in a probable cause affidavit.
