Late CBS newsman Bob Simon’s ticket-tarnished chauffeur is trying to duck a wrongful-death suit by the “60 Minutes” correspondent’s widow by suing the driver of a Mercedes-Benz that was also involved in the fatal crash.

Black-car chauffeur Reshad Abdul Fedahi says he only crashed into a West Side Highway median in February because he’d been sideswiped near West 30th Street by a Mercedes C30 driven by Zachary Miller, 24, of New Rochelle, claims Fedahi’s lawyer, Jared Levine.

The police report blames Fedahi for driving erratically and starting the crash — but Fedahi was unconscious after the wreck and couldn’t tell cops his version, Levine said.

Simon, 73, died in the crash. His widow, Francoise, has sued Fedahi and the limousine company.

Fedahi is now asking a judge to consolidate both lawsuits into a single suit.
