A Brooklyn man who the feds say was running a scheme to help applicants for commercial driverís licenses cheat on their tests admitted to abducting and assaulting a former co-conspirator who no longer wanted to take part in the scheme.

Sherzod Mukumov admitted on Tuesday in Brooklyn federal court to assaulting the victim outside of his Brooklyn apartment building, shocking him multiple times with a Taser and driving off with the victim, who was tied up and unconscious, according to a release from the U.S. Attorneyís Office in Brooklyn.

Mukumov, 27, pleaded guilty to kidnapping conspiracy and could face up to life in prison for the offense when he returns to court on March 8, 2020 for sentencing.

Mukumov said that the victim took part in the driverís test cheating scheme for two weeks in December 2018 before backing out. But Mukumov and other co-conspirators claimed that the victim, who is not named in court papers, left the syndicate with unpaid debts.

On March 28, the co-conspirators went to the victimís Brooklyn apartment to collect on the purported debt. The feds say that Akmal Narzikulov, Mukumovís codefendant in the case, was caught on camera assaulting the victim outside of his apartment building prior to the kidnapping.

After subduing the victim, Mukumov and his accomplices drove him to a bank, forced him to open an account and cut a check as partial payment to make good on the debt.

Mukumovís attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Those who find the truth hateful just hate hearing the truth.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.....on a nigger.

If you're not catching flak, you're not over the target.

FOREIGN Brooklyn fraudsters Akmal Narzikulov and Sherzod Mukumov running a driver’s license scam
kidnapped victim in broad daylight over debt

Two Brooklyn bad guys running a driver’s license scam kidnapped a former co-conspirator in broad daylight after he dared try to bail on their scheme, prosecutors said Thursday.

Akmal Narzikulov and Sherzod Mukumov were furious at their victim for allegedly quitting his job as a driver for the men running a racket that helped people cheat on DMV tests for commercial drivers licenses, prosecutors said. The victim allegedly drove people to DMVs and gave them “devices and instructions” to facilitate cheating on the CDL exams.

He did the job for two weeks — but he made the mistake of accepting an $800 advance and then quitting before completing a full week of work, according to court papers filed in Brooklyn Federal Court.
