An accused New Jersey drug dealer has been indicted on charges he sold fentanyl-laced cocaine that caused a 21-year-old college student to die of an overdose.

Terrance D. Walker, 37
, of the Browns Mills section of Pemberton Township, was indicted by a grand jury sitting in Burlington County on charges of strict liability for a drug-induced death and five counts of possessing or distributing drugs, the prosecutorís office said Wednesday.

Tessa C. McCullough overdosed in her Pemberton Township home and died at a Mount Holly hospital May 16, authorities said.

An autopsy concluded her death was due to fentanyl toxicity, officials said. Walker was later arrested at a Maple Shade motel.
