Dollar van ride turns into terrifying high-speed police chase

This Brooklyn “dollar van” ride turned into a commute from hell.

A new viral video shows terrified passengers aboard a packed discount bus screaming and pleading for their driver to “stop” the vehicle, as the reckless motorist leads police on a wild, high-speed chase through the streets of Flatbush.

“Stop the bus and let’s get off!” one woman can be heard shouting in the video, which was posted to Facebook by In the Street Radio on Tuesday.

Another passenger then yells: “Oh Jesus. Lord have mercy! Hey, mister, stop the bus!”

Riders aboard the dollar van can be seen falling over as the driver accelerates, to the screams of passengers.

“There is a baby, please!” another person says, referring to a small child that was being held by a woman on the bus.

The man recording the nearly six-minute video explains as he films: “We on the bus. We’re getting chased by police. I’m in a dollar van and the dollar van driver refused to stop.”

The wild incident occurred Dec. 3 when the dollar van driver ran a red light and nearly hit a pedestrian before the eyes of a Big Apple sheriff’s deputy, CBS New York reported, citing police sources.

The deputy tried to stop the motorist, who instead gunned it, according to the news outlet.

After the hectic ride, the driver can be seen running out of the vehicle as law enforcement officers give chase on foot, the footage shows.

The driver remains at large, CBS New York reported.

Once the bus came to a stop and the passengers exited, one woman is seen grabbing a stack of cash from the vehicle and handing it out to fellow riders, according to the video.

A man then confronts the woman with the cash, telling her it’s “not right” to take the money as others try to get their hands on the loot.

The woman claimed to the man that the rogue driver is her brother.

Many of the city’s dollar vans operate illegally, but it was not immediately clear whether this driver was properly licensed.
Those who find the truth hateful just hate hearing the truth.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.....on a nigger.

If you're not catching flak, you're not over the target.
