A UK man who claimed a mother of two died as a result of a sex game gone wrong between them was found guilty of her murder Monday, according to local reports.

Richard Bailey, 41, was convicted of the February murder of 33-year-old Charlotte Teeling, who prosecutors say was strangled and smothered during intercourse, Birmingham Live reported.

Teeling’s body was found face-down on Bailey’s bed “naked apart from a piece of underwear on her midriff” a week after her death, a jury heard in Birmingham Crown Court, according to the Mirror Online.

Pornography was also reportedly strewn across the bedroom floor, prosecutors said.

Authorities said Bailey “continued to sleep” in the same room as the woman’s body for days and used her bank card to buy food and alcohol, the Mirror Online reported.

Bailey denied the charges against him, claiming that Teeling died accidentally during “rough sex” after asking him to “pull her hair,” “slap her” and “choke her,” according to the news outlet.

Detective Inspector Jim Colclough of England’s West Midlands Police, who led the investigation, called Teeling “a loving mother, daughter and sister” on Monday, Birmingham Live reported.

“She was a caring person who did not deserve to die in these circumstances,” Colclough said.

“I hope that her family and friends feel some sense of justice following today’s result at court. Despite this outcome, we all know that it will not bring Charlotte back to the place where she belongs.”

Colclough continued: “Bailey was a manipulative individual and I do not agree with any suggestion that this was a sex game that went wrong. A game would imply that there were rules and fairness for all participants.

“This was not a game. It was not fair. Bailey took control of the situation and of Charlotte from the moment they met in the early hours of the morning. He took her back to his home and during sexual activity, he killed her.”

The detective went on to say that Bailey “at the very least … had the intention of causing Charlotte very serious harm and he has therefore quite rightly been found guilty of her murder.”
Those who find the truth hateful just hate hearing the truth.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.....on a nigger.

If you're not catching flak, you're not over the target.
