A bottle-blond teen from New Jersey has made a killing in the Big Apple by preying on wealthy men — getting picked up at bars and then ripping off her marks at their homes or hotels, sources told The Post.

Alexandra Martinez, 19, who was arrested Monday, targeted at least five men in Brooklyn and Manhattan — including one who took her back to the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Midtown — for a total haul of $58,000 in cash and pricey watches, the sources said.

Martinez, who allegedly slipped Mickeys into cocktails she stirred for at least two victims, was arraigned Wednesday in Brooklyn Criminal Court on grand larceny charges for two of the thefts.

Her arrest comes amid an alarming rise in high-end watch thefts in the city this year that was revealed by The Post — including at least 31 Rolexes taken by women who go after men in bars and clubs.

Most notably, a Beverly Hills watch dealer, Steven Rostovsky, told cops he lost a $590,000, limited-edition Greubel Forsey watch and $6,000 to two women he brought from a Midtown strip club to The Baccarat hotel in the predawn hours of Dec. 7.

Also, two women stole $750,000 in watches and jewelry from the Tribeca pad of Knicks forward Derrick Williams, who brought them home after meeting them in a nightclub.

Martinez, who has not been named as a suspect in those two thefts, had an accomplice in the Brooklyn jobs and picked their victims based on the value of their watches, prosecutors said.

“They typically meet the male victims at clubs or restaurants. The victims are usually wearing Rolex watches,” prosecutor Wilfredo Cotto said.

After working their way into the men’s luxury apartments, Martinez allegedly mixed drinks that knocked out the victims, who would later “awake to find their property missing,” Cotto said.

In one case, Martinez and her accomplice allegedly made off with four watches — three Rolexes and a Breitling, worth more than $38,500 — and $4,500 from an apartment at 257 Gold St.

The victim, 24, told cops he met the women at an Artichoke Pizza outlet before bringing them home at around 3 a.m. Sept. 4, the sources said.

In another case, Martinez and a crony allegedly pulled the same stunt on a 44-year-old man at around 4 a.m. Thanksgiving Day.

That victim told cops he invited the women up to his pad at 111 Lawrence St., where they swiped a $10,000-plus Rolex and about $800, according to court records.

Martinez allegedly worked alone in two of the Manhattan cases, including one in which a 34-year-old victim chased her down and caught her in a cab with his credit cards after she allegedly swiped his wallet while he was in the bathroom in his apartment at 52 Greenwich Ave. on July 22.

Martinez, who is charged with five counts of grand larceny, was released on $50,000 bond.

Defense lawyer Marianne Bertuna said Martinez would “vehemently” fight the charges.

The wealthy alleged victims of teen femme fatale Alexandra Martinez include an heir to a fireworks fortune, a Brooklyn oil-company scion and the general manager of a Midtown seafood restaurant co-owned by Anthony Weiner’s brother, The Post has learned.

Ron “Prince Ron” Zoldan — whose father founded Phantom Fireworks, the country’s largest pyrotechnics retailer — was visiting the Big Apple in August when he met Martinez and another woman at a downtown bar, law-enforcement sources said.

Zoldan, 25, took them back his room at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Midtown, where the gals allegedly swiped his Rolex, two iPhones, designer sunglasses and cash after he fell asleep, sources said.

Zoldan, who calls himself “@PrinceRonZ” on Twitter, works as a vice president at his dad’s company, which has 75 stores.

It gained notoriety for selling fireworks to failed Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad and Boston bombers Tamerlan and Dzokhar Tsarnaev.

The father, Bruce, has rubbed shoulders with Bill and Hillary Clinton, Vice President Joe Biden and Ohio Gov. John Kasich.

Ron Zoldan, meanwhile, appears in online photos posing with Kim Kardashian, NSYNC singer Joey Fatone, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, football legend Jim Brown and actor Ed O’Neill.

During a brief interview Thursday outside his family’s gated estate in Canfield, Ohio, Ron Zoldan said he was unaware that Martinez, 19, had been busted, but declined to discuss the case.

“I didn’t do anything wrong,” he said. “I’m single. I’m 25. Girls come and they go.”

His father later told The Post that Ron had “certainly learned a lesson in life” by getting ripped off during the weekend getaway with his brother Alex and four buddies.

Sources said another rich kid allegedly ripped off by Martinez — who faces charges in five separate incidents — is Vincent Theurer Jr., 24, whose dad is president and CEO of Approved Oil Co.

Theurer met Martinez and another woman at the Artichoke Pizza restaurant in Chelsea on the Friday before Labor Day and invited them up to his swanky Brooklyn apartment, sources said.

There, the women allegedly knocked him out by slipping a drug into a cocktail. When Theurer woke up, he was missing four watches — three Rolexes and a Breitling, valued at $38,500 total — and $4,500 in cash.

Another victim is Jared Siemens, who runs the L&W Oyster Co. restaurant for owners who include Jason Weiner — brother of disgraced ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner, who called himself “Carlos Danger” while sending extramarital sexts that cost him his seat in Congress.

Siemens, 32, told cops he met Martinez at a bar and took her back to his Kips Bay high-rise, where she grabbed his $3,000-plus Rolex off a counter and took off while he was in the bathroom at around 4 a.m. on July 11.

Siemens, who is single, declined to comment. Theurer didn’t return messages.

Teen temptress busted in yet another Rolex heist
By Rebecca Rosenberg and Jamie Schram
February 9, 2016 | 1:00am

A teenage femme fatale accused of drugging wealthy men in the Big Apple to steal their Rolex watches and cash has been busted again — for allegedly ripping off a handsome *JPMorgan exec, law enforcement sources told The Post.

Alexandra Martinez, 19, was arrested on charges of grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property after authorities tied her to the Aug. 14 robbery of financial adviser Michael Briese, 31, sources said.

The blond temptress persuaded Briese to bring her back to his East Village condo, which he recently bought for $1.8 million, and waited for him to fall asleep around 3 a.m. before cleaning him out, a Criminal Court complaint says.

Martinez allegedly swiped several of Briese’s watches, including the brands Rolex, Panerai and Tag Heuer, as well as gold necklaces, a ring, an iPad, clothing, two credit cards and $1,000 in cash, sources said.

When Briese awoke five hours later, he realized his possessions had been stolen and contacted police, sources said.

Martinez was arrested Thursday and arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court. She was released Saturday after bail bondsman Ira Judelson arranged for her $40,000 bail, court papers show.

Martinez made headlines in December after she was busted for allegedly targeting several affluent men she picked up at bars in Manhattan and Brooklyn and escorted back to their hotels and apartments.

In the Brooklyn thefts, Martinez worked with an unidentified female accomplice, choosing victims based on their watches, with Rolexes at the top of their list, prosecutors said.

On one occasion, Martinez and her cohort allegedly struck up a conversation with Vincent Theurer Jr., 24, at an Artichoke Pizza in Chelsea around 3 a.m. Sept. 4.

Theurer, whose dad is CEO of Approved Oil, brought them to his Brooklyn apartment on Gold Street, prosecutors said.

Once inside, the women slipped a drug into his drink, knocking him out, and stole four watches, prosecutors said.

The duo committed a similar crime early Thanksgiving Day, making off with a $10,000 Rolex and about $800 in cash from a 44-year-old man they drugged inside his luxury pad on Lawrence Street, authorities say.

In the Manhattan cases, Martinez’s alleged victims included restaurateur Jared Siemens and Ron “Prince Ron’’ Zoldan, whose dad owns the country’s largest pyrotechnics retailer.

Martinez’s lawyer did not return calls for comment.

Attempts to reach Briese were unsuccessful.
