A West Price Hill man was arrested Sept. 29 after police say he forced a woman to have sex with him by threatening her with a knife, court documents state.

Anthony Rogers, 36, forced his way into the woman's apartment on Aug. 20, according to court documents. He then compelled her to perform oral sex on him by threatening her with a knife.
