HONESDALE -- Homicide charges were filed Wednesday for three men accused in a deadly beating in Wayne County beating. Another suspect still on the loose.

Two of those men were already in custody and their charges upgraded to homicide.

A third man was captured and brought in for the same charges in that violent home invasion that left Joseph Stengline Sr., 62, dead from a beating at his home near Gouldsboro.

Both Moore and Daniels, from Tobyhanna, are accused of attacking the victim and his son at their home earlier this month over drugs.

Lewis Tucker was arrested

Investigators say all three men plus Kevin Jordan who's still on the run were after drugs at the Stengline home near Gouldsboro. But instead, they left the elder Stengline to die and weren't on the run long before they were caught and charged with murder.
