A pregnant woman was stabbed to death in the vestibule of her Queens apartment building early Sunday, cops and police sources said.

Jennifer Irigoyen, 35, was discovered in the entranceway of her Flushing apartment building on Myrtle Avenue at around 1 a.m. Sunday with wounds all over her body, sources said.

The New York-native was taken to Wyckoff Hospital where she died at 2:30 a.m. She was five months pregnant.

Later on Sunday, blood still covered the pair of steps leading into the building and could also be seen smeared on the walls of the tiny lobby area.

A pair of small black slip-on shoes, also drenched in blood, sat on the black-and-white tile landing.

“There’s blood all over,” said a woman named Kristin, who told The Post she lives a couple of doors down from Irigoyen. “I’m really shaken up, I’m really scared.”

Kristin, who wouldn’t give her last name, said she heard the victim and a man arguing loudly, with the woman, “yelling something about her baby, about wanting to protect her baby.”

“I heard screams. And then a man yelling, and her yelling.”

Police are looking for a man who was spotted fleeing the scene, sources said. The man was believed to be Irigoyen’s boyfriend, police sources said.

A pair of bloody boot prints could be seen leading out of the building and going north on Myrtle Avenue.

Irigoyen lived alone, her super said. The owner of a restaurant on the corner of the block said Irigoyen recently moved to the neighborhood.

“She’s very friendly, very sweet woman. She just came in here for a lemonade a couple days ago,” Dee Cuevas 52, told The Post.

Irigoyen was a licensed real estate agent who specialized in luxury homes on the Upper West and East sides and in Queens, according to her bio on the Crosstown Real Estate website.

The classically-trained pianist also worked in interior and home design and attended the Fashion Institute of Technology. Besides real estate, she was a professional Latin ballroom dancer and instructor and also taught Spinning and Zumba.

A man ran up to the crime scene Sunday yelling, “That’s my cousin!” and had to be pulled away by cops.
Those who find the truth hateful just hate hearing the truth.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.....on a nigger.

If you're not catching flak, you're not over the target.
