The link, the headline and the mugshot if any.

Details:

1. the link with pretty much the headline of the story

2. the headline of the story web-page title if link is posted separately

3. the names of the suspects and victims

4. Perhaps the first paragraph or a main paragraph
that gives some clue as to what it is about.

5. '(pic(s))' to indicate there is an image of the suspect(s) and/or victims
(if the images are not included in the post)

6. link to the image of the suspect
(in post or as separate link - labeled to indicate it is a link to a
image)

7. preferably no 'teaser', cute or mysterious link titles
