MADISON, Wis. - A man with a history of victimizing women was arrested again by Madison on three counts of bail jumping, officials said.

Madison police said 29-year-old Javonte JC Woods, was located in the 600 block of East Washington Avenue by Central District officers. Officers were seeking him after he went back inside a North Frances Street high-rise apartment building Sunday afternoon.

A female victim from a previous case called police when she spotted Woods using a computer in a common area of the building, the report said. She was shaken when officers arrived.

Police said Woods is banned from the 400 and 500 blocks of North Frances Street after an incident in which he reportedly exposed himself to the woman inside the same apartment building on Feb. 12. He's facing charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct and bail jumping in that case.

Woods was also arrested on suspicion of lewd and lascivious behavior after he reportedly exposed himself to two women at a Williamson Street business on Dec. 27, police said.

Woods was also banned from University of Wisconsin-Madison property in 2014 for "exhibiting lewd and lascivious behaviors on the UW Campus," according to a news release.

According to police, Woods is homeless.

MADISON, Wis. - Madison police arrested a man this week on suspicion of exposing himself to a woman at a health clinic.

Police arrested Javonte JC Woods, 29, Thursday afternoon.

Police say a woman was inside the UW Health Clinic on Park Street when Woods began staring at her while committing an offensive act.

Security staff shared surveillance images of Woods with police. Officers recognized him and say he has been arrested at least a dozen other times for similar crimes.

The man left the clinic before police could arrive. Officers with the departmentís central district used downtown surveillance cameras in real time to track Woods down.

They arrested him in the 100 block of W. Mifflin Street.

Woods was arrested this past February on suspicion of exposing himself to a woman in downtown Madison.

Last summer, he was suspected of throwing rocks at people:rolleyes:, including a pregnant woman, at the corner of North Lake Street and Lake Street in downtown Madison.
