The man who doused two MTA employees with urine has been arrested, the NYPD transit chief and sources said Friday.

The 21-year-old suspect faces felony assault charges, police said.

The unidentified suspect was busted Wednesday afternoon in Brooklyn for groping a 31-year-old woman — and police were able to connect him with the urine incidents, police and sources said.

“This is great news for transit workers,” announced Tony Utano, president of Transport Workers Union Local 100.

“A twisted individual targeted two of our members and committed vile attacks while they were simply doing their jobs. He needed to be caught and locked up.”

Earlier this month, train conductor Lucina Doley, 43 was left drenched in urine after being doused by the suspect, who carried the pee in a plastic water bottle. Doley had been stopped at Brook Avenue on a Bronx-bound No. 6 train when the suspect poured the urine on her through the conductor window and then punched her in the head before fleeing.

An hour later, the suspect struck again.

Trellis Robinson, 43, was driving on her normal BX-2 bus route in the Bronx when she stopped to pick up passengers on Grand Concourse Avenue near 138th Street. There the suspect came up to her passenger window and threw urine in a coffee cup in her face.

Utano said the city needs to do more to protect transit workers from these types of assaults.

Police have identified the man in custody, accused of throwing urine on MTA workers.

Police say 22-year-old Brandon Jobson, of Brooklyn, is now facing two counts of assault charges.

On April 12, Jobson is said to have doused a train conductor with urine and then punched the conductor in the face at the Brook Avenue station in Mott Haven.

About an hour later, Jobson allegedly threw urine in the face of a Bx1 bus driver at the 138th Street stop on the Grand Concourse.
