A notorious Crips gang leader was arrested Monday – just as he was about to be sprung from prison – on fresh murder charges stemming from a 2015 hookah bar slaying in Brooklyn, authorities announced.

Larry Pagett, the head of the Eight Trey Crips, was indicted by feds in Brooklyn for allegedly gunning down Chrispine Philip inside the Buda Hookah Lounge in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens.

Prosecutors say surveillance video shows Pagett, 37, removing a gun in the crowded bar and shooting Philip several times in the back and head as he tried to flee.

Pagett, aka “Biz,” “Biz Loc” and “Molotovbizzz,” was due to be released Monday after served two years for violating his supervised release through his involvement in Philip’s slaying. He had never been formally charged in the killing.

He was arraigned in federal court in Williamsport, Pa. and will be transferred to Brooklyn to face charges.

Jurors Wednesday looked on in horror at footage of a 2015 shooting inside a Brooklyn hookah bar, where federal prosecutors say the trigger-man was a notorious Crips gang leader.

The surveillance video from Buda Hookah Lounge was played at the murder trial of reputed Eight Trey Crips boss Larry “Biz” Pagett, who’s accused of fatally shooting Chrispine Phillips following a dispute.

In the video, played in Brooklyn federal court, a man in a white T-shirt can be seen pulling out a gun just before 3 a.m. on Aug. 28, 2015, and firing multiple shots in the crowded lounge as revelers dive for cover.

The dead body of Phillips can be seen briefly on the ground as the gunman falls back into the crowd, and then picks himself up and runs for the exit.

In his haste to flee, the shooter literally climbs over terrified patrons in order to escape through the front door.

The man, who authorities say is Pagett, is next caught on a series of other cameras across Prospect-Lefferts Gardens sauntering through the quiet neighborhood streets as he strips off and tosses aside his shirt hat.

The surveillance footage follows him all the way home to an address on Mongomery Street — where Pagett admits he was living at the time of the murder.

Three others were injured in the shooting.

Pagett faces up to life behind bars if convicted on charges of murder-in-aid-of-racketeering.

He’s pleaded not guilty.

Federal jurors have convicted a high-ranking Crips gang member for a murder inside a Brooklyn night club.

Larry Pagett, 39, was convicted Wednesday of a single charge of murder in-aid-of-racketeering for the Aug. 28, 2015, shooting of rival Chrispine Philip.

Pagett, a known leader of the Eight Trey Crips street gang, now faces a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment.

Prosecutors said Pagett fatally shot Philip, a member of the Folk Nation crew, inside the Buda Hookah Lounge because he blamed him for the death of a fellow gang member.

Video shown at trial showed Pagett firing shots into the crowded club, hitting Philip.

A bystander was shot in the stomach and arm, but survived.

“Motivated by his twisted allegiance to the Eight Trey Crips street gang, Pagett opened fire with a handgun in a crowded nightclub, murdering a rival in cold blood and wounding an innocent bystander,” United States Attorney Richard Donoghue said in a statement. “Today’s verdict sends the message loud and clear that wanton violence will not be tolerated in our community.”
