CLERMONT, Fla. (WFLA) - A YouTube rapper who was wanted in connection with a deadly stabbing at a Polk County bar has turned himself in.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Runnell Curry, known as G-Foxx, turned himself in on Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies say Curry stabbed 42-year-old Jeffrey Almiron to death at his bar on US Highway 192 near Clermont early Wednesday morning. A second man was also stabbed but only suffered minor injuries.

Deputies responded to the bar just after 2 a.m. and were told by witnesses that the incident started when Curry was spotted in the parking lot rolling a marijuana cigarette. Another man who was at the bar told Curry not to do that and the two started arguing, witnesses say.

At some point during the argument, deputies say Curry grabbed a knife from his car and started to chase the other man. The two then fell to the ground and Almiron tried to separate them. Deputies say that's when Curry stabbed him twice.

Almiron was taken to Heart of Florida Hospital in Haines City and was pronounced dead just after 3:30 a.m.
