A Times Square huckster, who was once arrested for kicking a tourist while panhandling in a Spider-Man costume, is suing the city, claiming he was body-slammed by cops and wrongfully arrested earlier this year as he roamed the “Crossroads of the World” — this time dressed as a pot plant.

Abdelanine Elkhezzani was trolling Times Square in February when he was thrown to the ground by cops, leaving his forehead sliced open and bleeding :p, according to his just-filed Manhattan Supreme Court suit.

The 38-year-old marijuana-man goes on to claim he was doing nothing wrong while he was arrested, claiming he is being “maliciously prosecuted.”

The pot lover also has an open case for marijuana, stemming from a January bust for walking around waving a lit joint in public. He also had a meth pipe stuffed in his left pocket, according to the complaint.

Court records show Elkhezzani was arraigned on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest while wearing the leafy get-up, but do not elaborate on what unfolded during the encounter.

The suit, which names the city and the Times Square Alliance, does not ask for specific damages.

“We will review the complaint,” a law department spokeswoman said. The Times Square Alliance did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Elkhezzani first made headlines when he allegedly kicked at a tourist who stiffed him on a tip after posing for photos in March 2016.

The costume-clad performer was charged with assault for the March 2016 encounter, which was caught on cell-phone camera by none other than a nearby Batman panhandler. That case is still pending.
