A Guatemalan immigrant facing deportation has taken her three children and sought refuge inside a Manhattan church.

Amanda Morales — who entered the country illegally in 2004 — has been hiding out with her kids at the Holyrood Episcopal Church in Washington Heights since Thursday.

“I don’t want them to deport her,” Dulce Carvajal, the woman’s 9-year-old daughter, told The Post on Sunday. “I feel sad sometimes.”

The family of four is living in a side room of the building, with bunk beds that were erected for the children to sleep on.

The church’s priest, the Rev. Luis Barrios, said he offered to house the family when Immigration and Customs Enforcement authorities ordered Morales back to Guatemala. ICE agents cannot arrest their targets at churches, schools or hospitals.

“Sanctuary is a moral obligation. We need to do this,” Barrios said after dedicating a Mass to Morales Sunday. “Just because there is an immigration law doesn’t mean it’s moral. We specialize in breaking laws that are immoral.”

ICE, meanwhile, reiterated in a statement Sunday that Morales is on its active deportation list.

Supporters of Morales noted there will be no one to take care of her US-born children if she goes.
