A party promoter who lost a leg and an arm after jumping in front of a subway train in 2015 wants to sue the city — because her wheelchair broke.

Domonique Echeverria claimed last year she had been misdiagnosed as bipolar and was on meds that caused her to try to commit suicide on the J line in Brooklyn.

Two months after the November incident, while a patient at the city’s Bellevue Hospital, Echeverria’s wheelchair collapsed.

The mishap tore the meniscus in her left knee, which “needlessly delayed and made much more difficult my transition to using a prosthetic leg,” she said in Manhattan Supreme Court documents.

Echeverria filed a $2 million claim with the city Comptroller’s Office in February, a precursor to a lawsuit.

She spent 52 days in Bellevue before transferring to UCLA to be closer to her family, said Echeverria, who wrote in the legal filing that she was “finally in a headspace to reflect on what I have been through, have consulted with an attorney, and have decided to bring a lawsuit,” she says in newly filed court papers against the city and the Health and Hospitals Corp.

Echeverria, who posts numerous pictures of herself to Instagram both with and without her prosthetic arm, had previously complained about the wheelchair.

An HHC spokesman declined comment.
