A 38-year-old Elizabethtown man facing charges for drug dealing and an attack on a woman is charged with additional counts stemming from the Nov. 18 incident in which he is accused.

Devin Harmon now faces 17 counts for the incident Nov. 18 when Elizabethtown police were called to a domestic disturbance on the 100 block of North Locust Street in the borough. Among the new charges are felony sexual assault and sexual abuse charges, stalking, witness intimidation and retaliation against a witness

Prosecutors said in a motion to increase bail that Harmon, who strangled and beat the woman multiple times during the attack, was "potentially extremely dangerous" because of the "very violent" set of crimes, according to a news release from the Lancaster County district attorney's office. Lancaster County Judge Donald Totaro also increased Harmon's bail from $20,000 to $750,000 following the new charges.
