It doesn’t get much lower than this.

A thief robbed a wheelchair-bound, 95-year-old East Harlem woman — by reaching into her bra and stealing an envelope full of cash.

Maria Vasquez was shopping for new shoes on Wednesday afternoon inside of Regines Clothing Boutique on East 116th Street when the man-bun-sporting crook strolled in and acted like he was perusing the aisles at the store.

Surveillance footage obtained exclusively by The Post on Thursday shows the sticky-fingered scoundrel peeping over towards her wheelchair as he lurks around in the background.

Vasquez, who had a white envelope filled with around $600 tucked away in her bosom, can be seen innocently looking at some clothes on the rack while the man waits for his opportunity to strike.

At around 12:15 p.m., the pilferer snuck up on Vasquez and made his move — sliding his paw into her brassiere and grabbing the envelope.

“It was very fast. I didn’t even know what happen,” explained Vasquez’ caretaker, Felicia Reyes, who was with her at the time.

“The guy just reached his hand down her shirt and pulled the money out,” she told The Post. “The money was in her bra since I cannot carry the money. She didn’t have a handbag.”

The surveillance video from the store shows the bespectacled nonagenarian nervously grabbing her chest as she tries to process what just happened. Reyes can be seen rushing over to inspect her chest while the bra bandit darts out of the store.

After running outside, cops said the man fled east down 116th Street. He was described as being white or Hispanic and was still being sought by police as of 5 p.m. Thursday.

Vasquez lives just blocks away from the store on Lexington Ave. Reyes said she had just cashed her pension check moments before arriving.

“This is money she uses to pay bills like gas and electric,” Reyes explained. “I don’t know how she is going to pay those bills now.”

The video shows the crook, identified as 26-year-old Broyoan Lopez of Brooklyn, creep up behind Vasquez and pluck from her brassiere an envelope containing $600 — all the money she had to live on for the month.
