Metro Police have arrested Mary Young for the death of Jamie Kopulos.

They've charged her with criminal homicide and tampering with evidence. She is being held on a $400,000 bond.

Police are also looking for Maurice Boyd. He's also wanted for criminal homicide and tampering with evidence.

Young told police that she met Kopulos at a motel in Madison. She says Kopulos overdosed after buying xanax and heroin. Young says she and two other suspects started to panic. She told police that they took Kopulos out of the motel in a plastic tub while she was still breathing, and dumped he in a ditch near Piney Acres Drive and Neely's Bend road hoping her body wouldn't be found.

She was found almost a week later when a couple walking their dog noticed the smell. Police were able to identify Kopulos through fingerprints.
