Almost seven years after his fiancée's lifeless body was found in a bathtub, Greg Magiera told a jury about the last time he saw 23-year-old Urszula Sakowska. Magiera, 35, testified in the murder trial of Anthony Triplett, a cable guy accused of raping and murdering two Chicago women. A truck driver, Magiera was on a trip to New Jersey in December 2006 when Triplett, called to their home to install Internet service, allegedly bound Sakowska's mouth with Duct tape and sexually assaulted her before choking her to death.

One long, blond hair allegedly belonging to Sakowska was found in Triplett's van.

Police are going to investigate a similar murder of Janice Ordidge. - (Black-on-white (http://www.newnation.org/NNN-Black-on-White.html))

Man still faces trial in separate slaying of Hyde Park woman

May 14, 2013

On Monday night, after about six hours of deliberation, a Cook County jury convicted Triplett of first-degree murder in the slaying of Sakowska, 23, at her Southwest Side home in December 2006. During the 10-day trial, jurors also heard evidence that Triplett killed Ordidge, 39, seven weeks earlier in her residence in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Triplett still faces trial for Ordidge's death.

CHICAGO (STMW) – Anthony Triplett wore a cable repairman’s uniform and carried a tool kit when he came to his victim’s home, but those “trappings” cloaked a diabolical intent, a fuming Cook County judge said Friday in handing down a life term for the convicted murderer.

Judge Kevin Michael Sheehan called Triplett’s methods “cold and calculating,” when — under the guise of installing high-speed internet — he strangled, sexually assaulted and robbed Urszula Sakowska in her Southwest Side home in December 2006.

And Sheehan reserved some of his harshest words for Triplett’s own lies on the witness stand during his May trial, teh Sun-Times is reporting.

“You were dancing like an ant on a sugar cube,” Sheehan said. “… It was ridiculous.”

It took a jury six hours to convict Triplett of the brutal beating and choking of Sakowska, 23, who inadvertently welcomed her killer into her home in the 6100 block of South McVicker, prosecutors said.

One of a thousand reasons to never let any nigger into your home under the guise of a repairman, cable guy, etc..... A nigger is a walking crime spree and if you let them into your home, well, this white woman got raped and murdered for her doing it so don't you ever do it!! Better to offend a nigger than get killed by one!!

Anthony Triplett, now 35, sexually assaulted and strangled Janet Ordidge in her Hyde Park high-rise just weeks before he attacked Urszula Sakowska in her Southwest Side home in December 2006, Cook County prosecutors said.

Triplett was convicted of Sakowska’s murder in 2013 and was sentenced to life by Judge Kevin Michael Sheehan.

A jury weighing in on Triplett’s second trial found him guilty of Ordidge’s murder, aggravated sexual assault and robbery in early May.

He was sentenced in that case late Wednesday, according to the State’s Attorney’s Office.
